Thomas Buergenthal
-Thomas Buergenthal was born on May 11, 1934 in Lubochna, Czechoslovakia.
-What he is most well known for is the fact that he survived Auschwitz as a young boy. Also he was in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, U.N. Human Rights Committee, U.N. Truth commission, Committee on Conscience of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, and the Claims and Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland.
